What league platforms support direct syncing?

We currently support ESPN (Public + Private) leagues, Sleeper leagues, Yahoo Leagues, and NFL Leagues.

If you play on a platform that is not supported for import/sync, you can still manually input your team and utilize the lineup optimizer and player news functions, however the spot start and waiver functions will not be available.
