The UDK does support auction leagues. It allows you to customize those values to your league size and budget. In order to get accurate auction values, import or manually create your team, and under league type, select auction.
Once you do this you will be able to input your league size and budget.
This will customize the rankings/cheatsheets with displayed auction values customized to your league size and budget.
